Malcolm Charles carried out the conversion of 6 businesses into a new quality Steakhouse brand. This included the Grade 1 listed Jacobean Barn at Hall Place in Bexley, Kent where all the work was carried out in a sympathetic and caring manner to preserve this historic building.
