We can provide a structured and effective planned maintenance service. This is tailored to suit each clients requirements and involves periodic surveys and scheduled maintenance tasks.

This has proven to be a very effective means of minimising the need for emergency maintenance and prolonging the life and maintaining the quality of many elements of our clients buildings. This is particularly effective in minimising any downtime to our clients trading operations caused by building issues. We have carried out work on this basis for many of our clients for over 15 years and we are justifiably proud of this record.
